- I was born wicked, evil, and completely rejecting God. I was in danger of spending eternity with God's wrath upon me. But, Jesus Christ took that wrath on himself, that wrath that was intended for me and that I deserved, and died on a cross. He raised himself from the dead and my faith in him allows me to spend eternity in the presence of almighty God.

I really like that. Kutless has a song called "Strongtower." It's one of my favorite Kutless songs. That verse really reminds me from whom I get my strength and protection all at once.
